About the Keynote Speaker: Amy Robertson

Amy RobertsonAmy Robertson is the CEO and founder of Soul Advantage, LLC, where she is a fractional human resources executive and coach for growing companies. Soul Advantage provides human resources consulting and services centered in culture and employment branding, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design and effectiveness, total rewards programs, compliance and leadership development. Robertson has over 25 years of dynamic experience, holding current and past global C-suite and senior leadership positions at ServiceTrade, Inc., ChannelAdvisor Corporation, and Red Hat, Inc. Her early career began in consulting with Aon Hewitt in their actuarial and consulting departments.

Soul Advantage’s primary mission is to drive successful business change through the optimization of people, culture and operations. In other words, the company intend to create and influence more “happy and human” workplaces. Soul Advantage targets partnerships with companies who are experiencing significant growth or change. These needs typically arise through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, rapid organic growth or executive team transitions.

Robertson is an action-oriented mental health advocate and currently serves as a state trainer, coach and speaker for NAMI-North Carolina. She is a past vice president for the board of directors for NAMI-North Carolina, where she chaired the Development Committee and the DEIB Committee and was a member of the Education Committee.

She is also passionate about her alma mater and is vice chair for the NC State College of Sciences Foundation Board of Directors, chair for the NC State Alumni Association’s Employer Advisory Council, and is a past commencement speaker for the Department of Mathematics.

Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree from NC State in applied mathematics. She is a Certified Master Agility Practitioner for Tilt365, and is certified in the Tilt Laser Coaching Method, True Tilt Personality Profile and Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor.
